1. Agreement
By using the Finevista Atelier website, you agree to these terms and to use the site in a lawful, respectful manner. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Educational purpose
Catalog descriptions and lessons provide educational guidance about logo design. They do not promise a particular commercial result, client outcome, income, or professional placement.
3. Catalog and cart
The catalog is a static demonstration of learning products. Cart totals and enrollment confirmation are informational until separately confirmed by the studio. No payment is processed by the static cart interface.
4. Acceptable use
You must not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content in a harmful manner, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, or use the contact form for spam or abuse.
5. Intellectual property
Finevista Atelier owns or licenses the site text, structure, branding, and educational materials. You may read and use materials for personal learning unless a separate written license says otherwise. Do not reproduce or redistribute course content commercially without permission.
6. User submissions
You remain responsible for messages and materials you submit. You grant the studio permission to use the submission only as needed to respond, provide support, operate the service, or meet legal obligations.
7. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but pages may change and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. The site is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.
8. Changes and termination
We may revise these terms as the service develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the site, users, or legal rights.
